My name’s Pauly, and this is Pauly’s BBQ – The House That Smoke Built.
For years I’ve had a simple rule:
Good BBQ comes from fire, patience, and a whole lot of love for feeding people.
No shortcuts. No secret machines. Just real wood, real smoke, and proper low-and-slow cooking.
Now we’re taking that passion on the road — to the markets, to local events, and to anyone who loves good food and good community.
